All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 7–9 business days after your order has been dispatched.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.

At this time, we only ship within Australia.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. EverBloom is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
